Teaching at RCU helped me to know myself better. Being a teacher is a continuous responsability that helps me to grow up. It was a challenge that allowed me to find more about myself and the people I work with. I also learned from my students, as I was exposed to a huge diversity of characters and different personalities. Being in front of young people who ask and demand what you know and what they want to know is an experience that guides you to learn how to be succinct and clear, how to explain complex things in a simple way, how to communicate and build a bridge between different cultures and traditions.
